Submission incomplete:
Scope: The verification report does not contain an statement that identifies any changes to the registered PDD and if applicable, the date of approval by the Board. (VVS v6, para 284)
Issue:
The verification report mentions that in accordance with the power purchase agreement signed by the project owner and the grid company, one bidirectional electricity meter with accuracy of 0.5S is installed at the local substation for monitoring the net quantity of electricity supplied by the plant and power imported from the grid, whereas the registered PDD depicts that using electricity meter at power plant to monitor the gross quantity of electricity generated in power plant with deduction of auxiliary electricity consumption. However, the DOE has not followed the VVS and PS to submit the post registration change request. Please refer to paragraphs 282 - 285 of VVS ver. 06 and paragraph 5 of the Appendix 1 to PS ver. 06.
