1: 1) Number of new locations: According to the PRC-VR, pages 7 and 8, there are seven new locations for WTGs, namely BGN022, MLN036, MLN060, MLN061, MLN067, MLN085 and MLN101. Same number of new locations (seven) is counted on pages 3 and 4; and 7, 10 and 11 in the PDD track changes version. The DOE is requested to clarify the statements “As per verification site visit observation, the location of 6 Nos of WTGs are not in line with registered PDD” and “However, during the actual commissioning there were changes in six WTG location number and therefore and its Geo coordinates too”, PRC VR page 15. In doing so, please ensure that this number is consistent across all the PRC and issuance documents (PRC VR, PDD clean and track changes, MR, VCR).
2: 2) Geocoordinates: The DOE is requested to revise the column titles on Table 2, PDD clean, pages 5 – 9, and PDD track, pages 7-11, since “Latitude” appears three times and “Longitude” only once. In doing so, please ensure that that the column titles are correctly displayed across all PRC and issuance documents (PRC VR, PDD clean and track changes, MR, VCR).
3: 3) Renewable crediting period: The current renewable crediting period has been fixed in the project view page and now it is correctly displayed as follows: 25 Jul 16 - 24 Jul 23 (Renewable). However, there are still inconsistencies in the issuance documents with regards to the renewable crediting period. The DOE is requested to:
a. Correct the dates in the following statement of the revised MR, page 14: “Start date of crediting period during the current monitoring period has now been specified from 25/07/2016 to 24/07/2022 in-line with information available in project webpage”.
b. Delete the footnote “Start date of crediting period during the current monitoring period has now been specified from 25/07/2016 to 24/07/2022” (MR, page 14), since this is redundant.
c. Delete the footnote “Start date of crediting period during the current monitoring period has now been specified from 25/07/2016 to 24/07/2022”, (revised VCR, page 14), since this is redundant.
