According to the PDD, 0.815 MW capacity units biogas engines will be installed starting in year 2 of the project activity and the fourth and the ninth year. However, there is no information provided in the monitoring report or the verification report regarding the implementation status of the gas engines. As per para 354 of VVS for PA, the DOE shall identify any concerns related to the conformity of the actual CDM project activity and its operation with the registered PDD and determine whether:
(a) The implementation and operation of the project activity has been conducted in accordance with the description contained in the registered PDD; or
(b) Any deviation or the proposed or actual changes in the implementation or operation of the project activity comply with the relevant requirements in the “CDM project standard for project activities"
