Submission incomplete:
1: Scope: The spreadsheet does not contain explanation with regard to application of formulae in the spreadsheet.
Issue: the CER spreadsheet does not contain an explanation on how the delayed calibrations of the gas analyzers, flow-meters and thermocouples were reflected in the data used to calculate the emission reductions.
2: Scope: The verification report does not provide an assessment on whether the calibration of measuring equipments was conducted at a frequency specified in applied monitoring methodology or EB guidance if applicable, and/or the monitoring plan (VVS v2, para 243)
Issue: The DOE has verified that the gas analyzers FAU manufactured by Landtec have to be calibrated every 6-months from the date of installation. The DOE has also verified that the FAU with Serial Number GA08966/06 was calibrated on 17/12/2012 and was in operation from 28/01/2013 until 19/03/2013, meaning that the calibration was valid until 28/07/2013. However, this same FAU was later installed on 30/10/2013 and operated until 06/12/2013 without being re-calibrated. The DOE is required to report how this delay in the calibration was taken into account in the calculation of ERs.
