In the verification report, the DOE has referred to a PRC-6462-001 approved on 13/04/2015, which was temperately deviating the monitoring plan from 01/09/2021 to 28/02/2014 due to a change of electricity feed-in-line to Dalongkou I transmission line. It is noted that the electricity meters involved in this monitoring period are installed on the same Dalongkou I line. The DOE is requested to clarify whether the deviation identified continues in this current monitoring period (i.e. electricity supply through Dalongkou I line). If so, considering the validity of the approved PRC-6462-001 ended on 28/02/2014, the DOE is requested to provide validation opinion of the PRC valid for this monitoring period.
