Info Report Check
Submission incomplete:
1: Please provide details of accuracy class and calibration information (dates of calibration and validity) of the equipment used to monitor each parameter in the Monitoring Report as per the requirements of para. 260 (b) of the CDM Project Standard for project activities version 02.0.
2: The DOE is requested to further clarify how it has verified that the calculation of the emission reductions is in line with the registered monitoring plan, as per para. 373 (c) of the VVS v.02.0. In doing so, it should note that as per pages 12 and 35 of the MR the flare efficiency adopted in the current PDD will be the default value of 80%, while the spreadsheet ¨CER Calculation MR07 - BCA-BRA-04A_v2.xls ¨ tag ¨MDy-PEpower,y,ex-post¨ applies a value of 90% for the flare efficiency in the following farms: BCA-104MS1-04, BCA-110MS1-04, BCA-135MS1-04 and BCA-165MS1-04.
3: The DOE is requested to clearly indicate how many farms the project comprises and how many of them have been operational during the monitoring period, in line with the requirements of the VVS v.02.0 para. 356 (a) and (b). Please note that the information reported in Section E.3, paragraph 2 of the VR is not clear and seems not consistent with the information provided in Section E.3 paragraph 3, the tables included in pages 11 and 12 of the VR and the MR pages 6 and 7.
