Submission incomplete:
1: The submitted spreadsheets for EFgrid,y calculation shows that the parameter is not calculated using lower limit of IPCC values of NCVi,y and EFCO2,y, as required by "Tool to calculate the emission factor for an electricity system" (version 5). Please refer to paragraph 360 of VVS for project activities (version 02.0).
2: The monitoring report states that according to the National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology (INMETRO) weighing scales are calibrated annually. However it was observed that:
(i) There is a gap of more than one year between calibration in 2016 (03/08/2016) and calibration in 2017 (07/08/2017);
(ii) The validity of the calibration is more than one year, while as per INMETRO requirements weighing scales are calibrated annually.
