Scope: The monitoring report does not contain the values of the monitored parameters used to calculate baseline, project and leakage emissions as well as other parameters required by the applied methodology and the registered monitoring plan. (PS v1, para 191, 192 (a)(c )(d)(e)(f))
Issue: The DOE has verified that in Gujarat, the metering was done at two different places, i.e. WTG and substation. Metering at the WTG and the substation was done through electronic tri-vector bidirectional electricity meter. The net electricity was calculated through apportioning (VR, page 31). However in the spreadsheet in worksheets 'Gen_details-EEL' and Gen_ details-Eastman', only electricity delivered to the grid is provided. The DOE is requested to provide further information on the electricity consumed from the grid by the turbines based on the readings of the bi-directional meter installed at the 220 kV sub station, and the calculation of the net electricity generation thereof.
