The DOE is requested to provide additional information on how it has validated that all parameters stated in the registered monitoring plan and relevant Board decisions have been monitored and updated as per para 361 of VVS ver. 02
in particular, 1) monitoring parameters X,Y,A,B as required in the registered monitoring plan are not reported in the MR and ExcelSheet, and 2) whether/how the apportioning procedure as mentioned in this MR and registered PDD has been correctly implemented.
