With regard to the sampling:
(a) The sampling plan has provision “The stratified random sampling method will be used to take into account different ecological zones (Terai, Hills and Remote Hills) as strata. To make it more representatives, districts and villages and different biogas plants sizes will also be considered while samples picked up randomly from each category.”. The DOE is requested to explain how districts and villages and different biogas plants sizes have been considered when picking up the samples following such provision in the sampling plan;
(b) In the verification report the DOE states that a separate calculation spreadsheet demonstrating actual confidence/precision was assessed. The DOE is requested to submit the spreadsheet which demonstrate the actual/achieved precision.
