New information on methodologies

The following requests for revision of approved methodologies have been received and are also available for global stakeholder consultation (GSC) from 4 November to 18 November 2014: (a) "SSC_715: Electrification of rural communities using renewable energy to allow increased flexibility to determine system availability factor for solar PV systems"; (b) "SSC_714: Revision of AMS-III.BB to simplify monitoring for electrification of communities through grid extension using pre-paid or flat-rate connections".
