Upgraded methodologies page helps track approval process

The methodology approval process just became clearer. Thanks to a recent page upgrade, the current and historical status for proposed methodologies, clarifications and revisions is now clearly listed and updated regularly. The upgrade is part of a broader effort to increase the transparency of all Secretariat work.
