Submission incomplete:
1.The DOE is requested to upload the respective registration request form to the project view page as requested by paragraphs 8 (f) and 10 (e) of EB 48 Annex 60.
For transparency purposes, kindly add the name of Parties (countries) concerned to every Project Participant, as this is not shown in the uploaded form to this request for registration.
(Please note that it is still necessary to implement changes in our notifications as per EB66)

2.The DOE is requested to address inconsistencies in the project participants details accordingly as per paragraph 7 (b) of EB 48, Annex 60.
Issue 1:
The DOE is requested to clarify the information provided between the project view page and PDD, version 02.1, section A.3, regarding the involvement of the Parties (directly/indirectly)

Issue 2:
The DOE is requested to clearly state in the project view page the Parties (host parties and other parties involved) and upload its respective Letter of Approvals along with the name of the entities. Please note that the LoA documents have been added to the party Viet Nam only, the Party Switzerland should be displayed under "other parties involved" as well as the LoA and name of the entity concerned.
