Submission incomplete:
The DOE is requested to upload the respective validation report to the project view page as requested by paragraph 8 (b) of EB 48 Annex 60.
EB 59, Annex 12 paragraph 15 guidance indicates that "If the request for registration does not meet the requirements of the information and reporting check, then upon submission of the revised documentation the request for registration shall be treated as a new submission of a request for registration." Therefore, the DOE should have incorporated its answers to the incompleteness information and reporting check (letter dated 04 July 2011) into a new Validation Report. Please do so and resubmit.
