Submission incomplete:
1.The PP/DOE are requested to ensure that the focal points entity scopes are clearly and correctly indicated in the modalities communications (MoC) as per PCP version 2 paragraphs 25-26.
As Canada withdrew from the KP effective 15/12/2012, MoC requires update by removing a Canadian company from Annex 2 and Section 3:Statement of Agreement.

2.There are inconsistencies related to the project data (dates, versions and references) among the documents submitted. The DOE is requested to address these inconsistencies accordingly.
The Validation Report does not refer to the latest version of the PDD.

The submitted PDD and Validation Report refer to AMS-I.C “Thermal energy production, with or without electricity ” (Version 20) and AMS-III.E “Avoidance of methane production from decay of biomass through controlled combustion, gasification or mechanical/thermal treatment” (Version 16). However, the project view page indicates AMS-I.C (Version 19).
