The name of the project participant shown in the web page, PDD, version 01.1 and Validation Report (GD Power Ningbo Beilun Wind Power Development Co., Ltd.) is not consistent with the name of the project participant provided in the submitted LoA from China dated December, 2011 (Goudian Ningbo Beilun Wind Power Development Co., Ltd.). Kindly clarify.
