The DOE is requested to address inconsistencies in the project location accordingly as per paragraph 7 (b) of EB 48, Annex 60.
In particular, the geo-coordinates indicated in the project view page are inconsistent with those indicated in the PDD and in the validation report. Furthermore, the format of the geo coordinates listed in section A.4.1.4., table A.1 of the PDD, which is replicated in section 4.2 of the validation report, is not apparent (i.e. degrees-minutes-seconds or in decimal).
