1.The DOE is requested to upload the respective modalities of communication (MoC) to the project view page as requested by paragraphs 8 (e) and 10 (d) of EB 48 Annex 60.
In particular, the party is not mentioned in Annex 1 of the MoC for the entity "Asuka Green Investment Co. Ltd".

2.The DOE is requested to address inconsistencies in the project participants details accordingly as per paragraph 7 (b) of EB 48, Annex 60.
In particular, Annex 1 of the PDD/PDD-GSC refers to "Japan Nus Co. Ltd" as a project participant where as no other document submitted refers to this entity as being Project Participant.

3.The DOE is requested to address inconsistencies in the project location accordingly as per paragraph 7 (b) of EB 48, Annex 60.
In particular, there is an inconsistency of the Geo-Coordinates between the PDD/PDD-GSC (Lat: 07º13'59” Long: 106º49'05”) and the project view page (Lat: 7.1359 Long: 106.4905).
