Submission incomplete:
1.The DOE is requested to ensure that the statement of agreement (Section 3) of MoC is signed by at least one authorized signatory for each project participant and the information is consistent with Annex 1 as per PCP version 2 paragraphs 24, 27 and 32.
1. The project participant "The Norwegian Ministry of Finance" is not included in Annex 1 of the MoC.
2. Section 3 is not signed by all project participants. In particular the project participant from Norway has not signed section 3 of the MoC.


2.There are inconsistencies related to the project data (dates, versions and references) among the documents submitted. The DOE is requested to address these inconsistencies accordingly.
The validation report refers to an outdated VVS version (v.2) where as the project is submitted under VVS version 7.

3.The DOE is requested to address inconsistencies in the project participants details accordingly.
1. Annex 1 of the PDD does not include contact details of the project participant from Norway "The Norwegian Ministry of Finance".
2. The PDD indicates both project participant to be involved directly whereas the view page indicates indirect involvement.
