Submission incomplete:
1. With reference to the request for issuance for the CDM Programme of activity "City of Cape Town Landfill Gas Extraction and Utilisation Programme" (10004-MP2-IRP2-SUB3), we have observed the following:
The monitoring report and verification/certification report refer to applicable CPA level change notification (corrections and change of project design) which has not been approved by the CDM Executive Board yet.
Therefore, until this CPA level change request not been approved by the CDM Executive Board, the issuance request 10004-MP2-IRP2-SUB3 will not be processed further. Once CPA level change notification is approved by the CDM Executive Board, please submit the issuance request for further processing.


2. The request for issuance form show spillover and contain a blank page.


3. There is an inconsistency in the cross-referencing of the inclusion date. The verification and certification report on page 10 refers to inclusion date for CPA 1 as 19/09/2014, whereas CPA 1 was included on 16/09/2014.
