Submission incomplete:
1.The monitoring report on section B.2.1 and section B.2.3 as well as the verification/certification report on section E.2.3.1. and section E.2.3.3. refer to post registration changes submitted along with this 2nd issuance request for CPA-0001. However, the submitted issuance request is for CPA0002 and no post registration changes is submitted along with this request. Therefore, please remove the statement as the mentioned post registration changes are not applicable for this request and CPA level PRC cannot be clubbed with PoA Issuance.
Further please be informed that PRC link as part of issuance request for 10476-MP2-IRP2 should be removed as it is not linked with 10476-MP2-IRP2.


2.There is an inconsistency of the monitoring period. The monitoring report, the verification and certification report as well as the spreadsheet "MP2_ER Calculation Sheet_CPA2_V-3.0." refer to 2nd monitoring period 28/08/2020 to 31/12/2020 whereas the signed form as well as the view page refer to monitoring period 01/01/2020 - 31/12/2020.
