Submission incomplete:
1. In line with para 141-147 and para 168-171 of the CDM project cycle procedure for proramme of activities, only changes to the PoA-DD can be submitted under the post-registration changes (PRC) track with the request for issuance. Changes to component project activities shall be done via notification of changes as per section 6.3 of the PCP. Thus, the notification of change is not permissible with the request for issuance.
The post-registration signed form notification form is not submitted (for component project activity)
2.Scope: According to PCP for Programme of Activities version 2.0, para 220, a valid CDM-PoA-VCR-FORM shall be submitted.
The submitted Validation report form for post-registration changes version 02.0 is no longer valid. Kindly send us a revised document using the latest version valid at the time of submission (v. 03.0 as of 31 May 2019).
3.There is an inconsistency of the total amount of CER between the request for issuance signed form (0 CO2) and the rest of the documents submitted (84,719 CO2).
4.There is an inconsistency in the cross-referencing of the monitoring period. The verification/certification report refers on page 30 to monitoring period 01/11/2013 - 31/12/2017 whereas the applicable monitoring period is 01/06/2013 - 31/12/2017.
5.There is an inconsistency in the cross-referencing of the date of the CPA-DD. The CPA-DD in track change is dated 15/05/2019 whereas the clean version CPA-DD is dated 19/07/2019.
