Issue: There is an inconsistency of CER between the project view page/signed form (262,985 CO2), the monitoring report (262,085 CO2 on pages 1, 3, 56 and 260,825 CO2 on page 57) and the verification/certification report/ER spreadsheet (262,085 CO2).
