The DOE is requested to correct the completion date of the validation report of the PRC (PDF document named as 'Assessment Opinion') as it shows 27/02/20264.
The DOE is requested to upload a valid format for the monitoring plan track-changed Word document named 'MR San Antonio-2014-16.v2.2-track' as the file uploaded cannot be opened (please note that the format of the Word file uploaded in the PRC interface called ''Revised PDD-track changes.doc' is correct as it can be opened).
In doing so please refer to paragraph 140 of the Project Cycle Procedure v3.
