Issue:2. There is an inconsistency in the cross-referencing of the PDD. The verification and certification report as well as the monitoring report refers to PDD version 5 dated 28/04/2017, whereas the validation report form for post-registration changes refers to revised PDD version 6 dated 15/11/2021 which has been submitted with the PRC. Kindly clarify.
