1.The monitoring report and the verification/certification report refer to a post registration change (corrections, permanent changes, changes to project design) however, there is no reference to a post registration change in the signed form and there is no post registration changes submitted with this request for issuance. Kindly clarify.


2.The verification and certification report, under section E.4., refers to "Post registration changes have been identified and are assessed in detail in the subsequent steps and under section E.4.2., refers to "A related post registration change is submitted along with this issuance request. Please refer to the related PRC report submitted along with this issuance request for further details w.r.t. the assessment of the PRC". However, there is no request for post-registration submitted with the issuance request. Kindly clarify.


3.The DOE is requested to submit the revised PDD both in clean and track version as per PCP version 1 paragraph 134 (c).
