Submission incomplete:
1.Scope: The number of Certified Emission Reduction and the breakdown of CERs to be issued up to 31 December 2012 and CERs issued from 01 Jan 2013, where applicable, in request for issuance form do not correspond to the number of Certified Emission Reduction and breakdowns, verified by the DOE.
Issue: There is an inconsistency of CER between the project view page and the signed form (total reductions 609,566 CO2, reductions for 2012 (0) and for 2013 (609,566 CO2)) and the rest of the documents submitted ((total reductions 609,566 CO2 reductions for 2012 (281,864 CO2) and for 2013 (327,702)).

2.Scope: The cross-referencing and versioning within and between the document are not correct and accurate.
Issue: The verification/certification report refers to the monitoring report version 2 (p 1) however the submitted monitoring report is version 3 dated 31/07/2017.
