Scope: According to EB48 Annex 68 paragraph 9(e), cross-referencing and versioning within and between the document must be correct and accurate.
Issue:Versions and dates of the Monitoring Report are not consistent throughout the documentation submitted. Particularly the Verification Report states version 3.0, 15/10/201 of the Monitoring Report which is different from version 2.1.1, 12/06/2012 of the submitted final Monitoring Report.
