Submission incomplete:
1.Scope: According to EB48 Annex 68 paragraph 9 (e), the number of Certified Emission Reductions (CERs), within and between the documents must be correct and accurate.
Issue:There is an inconsistency of the actual values reached during the monitoring period between the monitoring report (334,290 on page 21) and the CER Calculation spreadsheet (PDD Comparison sheet 136,643).
2.Scope: According to EB48 Annex 68 paragraph 9(e), cross-referencing and versioning within and between the document is correct and accurate.
Issue: The Verification report refers on page 38 to the PDD version 3 dated 05.05.2008 where as the submitted PDD is version 4 dated 7.7.2011

Issue: Verification report refers on page 2 to the crediting period being 04.05.2009-30.04.2010 where as the crediting period is 25.05.2008-24.05.2015.
