1.There is an inconsistency of the PRC approval date. The monitoring report as well as the verification and certification report refer to a post-registration change (changes to project design), however do not mention the approval date. Kindly include the approval date of the PRC in both reports in the PRC section.
2.Scope: The monitoring period throughout the documentation is not consistent.
Issue: There is an inconsistency in the cross-referencing of the monitoring period. The monitoring report on pages 1 , 2 & 7 refers to monitoring period 01/10/2020 - 31/08/2022 whereas the applicable monitoring period is 01/09/2015 - 31/12/2020.
