Submission incomplete:
1.Scope: A verification and certification report has not been submitted with a request for issuance as required in the completeness check checklist for requests for issuance in line with PCP version 9 para 222.
Issue:The submitted certification report is in the wrong form. Please submit the documents in the correct form (CDM-VCR-FORM).
2.Scope: The cross-referencing and versioning within and between the document are not correct and accurate.
Issue: The project activity has been registered under ACM0002 version 10 however, the submitted documents for request for issuance refer to the methodology used as ACM0002 version 12. Kindly clarify.
