1.	As mentioned in economy well being section, how exactly economy will be improved by change of bulb and thus reducing GHG emissions?
2.	Is this project part of Bachat Lamp Yojana of Govt of India?
3.	If Not, then how exactly it meets addionality criteria as the same project is already implemented by government, government is encouraging changing of conventional bulbs with CFL bulbs.
4.	What will happen in case of CFL bulb will run out of life? Will it be replaced with new one after it?
5.	As household participation is voluntary in this project, how exactly tons of CO2 reduction has been calculated?
6.	Why distribution and replacement is restricted in first quarter of 2011 and not as ongoing project?
7.	Project proponent is a consulting firm, do it have any prior experience in such type of venture?
8.	List of stakeholders which were present during consultation is not shown in PDD. 
9.	Stake holder consultation did not include district or state government authority from environment department / pollution control board.
