The project Parties for this project are Costa Rica (host country) and the Netherlands. The baseline and monitoring methodology employed by the project has not been previously approved by the CDM Executive Board. DNV Certification hence forwards the proposed baseline and monitoring methodology to the CDM Executive Board for review.
