The PP/DOE are requested to include the details of each monitoring parameter listed as per EB 48 Annex 60 paragraph 10 (a).
In the PDD (page 34) and VR (page 42), it states that the methane generated during wastewater treatment will be delivered to the incinerator for combustion, the incinerator can be taken as an enclosed chamber. The flare efficiency is therefore chosen as per the tool "Tool to determine project emissions from flaing gases containing methane" version 01. As requested by the tool (page 3), the PP shall document in the CDM-PDD, which type of flare and which approach to determine the flare efficiency is used. In case of use of the default value for the methane destruction efficiency, the manufacturerís specifications for the operation of the flare and the required data and procedures to monitor these specifications should be documented in the CDM- PDD.
