CDM Executive Board celebrates Marrakesh Accords

The CDM Executive Board is in Marrakesh, Morocco, this week holding its sixty-second meeting. The meeting opened with a brief ceremony marking the 10th anniversary of the adoption of the Marrakesh Accords, the rules under the Kyoto Protocol that govern the clean development mechanism.
Board Chair Martin Hession reflected on how far the mechanism has come, including more recent substantial advances, and spoke about the important work that lies ahead.
