(a) The report of the twenty-third meeting of the Panel on baseline and monitoring methodologies (Meth Panel) is now available in the Meth Panel page of the UNFCCC CDM website: <http://cdm.unfccc.int/Panels/meth>.

- NM0172: Methane Leak Reduction From Natural Gas Pipelines

- NM0176: Soluciones Nitrous Oxide Abatement Project
