Work in progress: Pls see para 10(a) of MP55: The panel requested the Board to take note that the panel could not conclude its consideration of NM0354 "Energy efficiency improvements of a lime production facility through installation of new kilns", as additional information is required from the project participants to resolve issues concerning: (i) whether the project activity involves a technology switch (from rotary kiln to vertical kiln) or it only involves efficiency improvements compared to the historical situation; and (ii) improvements to the determination of baseline scenario and baseline emissions;
