Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs: 
WACC of 13.25% will mean return of more than 26% on equity. This is no where near the RoE recommended by GERC and EB in its 61st  meeting. 

PLF has been considered at 17.8%. GERC has recommended PLF of 23%. DOE should check the PLF achieved  by the windmill since inception. Anyway, it should not be less than 23%

The tariff of Rs.4.49/kWh assumed for power cost saved is not correct. It is much higher. DOE should check the power bill. This will reveal that the power tariff has been considered at lower level

Depreciation applicable to this project is 100%. Additional depreciation has not been considered.

PP should not be allowed to introduce any new expenditure which is not disclosed in PDD at a later point of time, or modify any input values during validation which will bring down the IRR.
