Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs:
1.How does the Project Owner demonstrate that the woody biomass used in the baseline scenario is non-renewable biomass?

2.How does the Project Owner states that the methodology is applicable, considering that, in the region of Orissa, the biomass consumed for cooking is non-renewable biomass?

3. The DOE/PP  is requested to further explain how it has validated the input values to the investment analysis

4.It is not clear whether the input values were available at the time of the investment decision in line with the EB51 Annex 58 paragraph 6, in particular:

(i) The O&M cost for the baseline scenario
(ii) The installation cost for monitoring system;
(iii) The methane production in terms of m3/h.

5. This is a large scale project and PP has not included the 2% CER sharing plan as insisted by the DNA.PP should follow the rules of DNA as insisted.DOE to kindly collect and verify the evidences of the stakeholder's meeting, ensure the 2% CER sharing is discussed with the stakeholders in the meeting . 

6. The lifetime of the project is not provided in the PDD.

7.It is said in the PDD section A.1, that Orissa is the poorest indian state  whose 60% population relies on agriculture ,please clarify how this project will cater to the infrastructure needs of the common villagers?
