Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs:
The project activity is using the tool Emission from solid waste disposal sites (https://cdm.unfccc.int/methodologies/PAmethodologies/tools/am-tool-04-v7.pdf).

In my research, published at Journal of Environmental Management (http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0301479715302528), I have demonstrated that there is a correction needed in this tool.

In cases like this activity project, emission reductions tend to be highly overestimated.
