Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs:
This comment applies to all of the project being introduced as "microscale projects" by the same project proponent and all being validated by same DOE:

- DOE needs to check if the project introduced in several parts/phases by the same PP can really qualify for a "microscale status"!!!!
This actually seems to be a trial to evade these all projects as normal projects! there is serious question on monitoring issues and thus manipulating the datas related to all of these project activities! DOE needs to remain very conscious on this issues.

- For considering this project to remain under microscale activity a conservative approach should have been followed by the PP and therefore they must consider the higher consumption of fuel rate as mentioned on page 19 of the PDD, where the lowest consumption of fuelwood is being considered for calculation of CERs (which is OK), however, for calculation of equipment rating the higher consumption of fuel must be considered in order to remain conservative for applying as "microscale" and complying to its limits!

- DOE must also review through literature and site visits if the real rate of fuelwood consumtion is so low!!!!...possibly another attempt to try to make this project activities as microscale!!!

- Futher, the distributed stoves seems very similar to "Angheethi" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angithi , which is already a traditional cooking appliances in the rural kitchens...this is simply a manfacturing of traditional cookstoves in metallic and portable form and therefore actually casts serious doubts on the certified efficiency by the source, which although is a govt. certified centre...may be another certification by authorized agencies by CPRI must also be used in order to double check the efficiency claims of the stoves.
