Malfeasance
Please indicate reasons for the request for review
1) The DOE is requested to further substantiate how it has verified the correctness of the claimed emission reductions, in particular, that the application of the value of historical electricity generation which has been supplied by the existing renewable energy plant during this monitoring period (EG historical) is in line with the applied methodology. The value applied is 1,197,052 MWh which is the value of one-year historical electricity supply (EG historical), whereas this monitoring period lasts for more than one year (i.e. 14 Jun 14 - 30 Jun 15). In addition to the issue above, the same also applies for the parameter historical. Please refer to VVS version 9, paragraph 402 (d); ACM0002 version 16, paragraph 53.
