New methodologies submitted / CDM Meth Panel report / Other methodological issues

(1) The following proposals on new baseline and monitoring methodologies have been submitted to the CDM Executive Board for its review and are available for public input from 30 July - 17 August 2007:

NM0224: Manufacturing of Bio-diesel from Crude Palm oil and Jatropha Oil
NM0225: Replacement of OPC with Supplemental Cementitious Material for production of Concrete at L&T Ready Mix Concrete plants
NM0226: Fuel switching from naphtha to natural gas at grid-connected power generation facility of GIPCL, in Vadodara, Gujarat
NM0227: Recovery of vented gas at the «Guneshli» oil field in Azerbaijan
NM0228: AGRENCO Biodiesel Project in Alta Araguaia
NM0229: Metrobus Insurgentes, Mexico City
NM0230: Recovery and Utilization of CO2 from Refinery Tail Gas
NM0231: Waste heat utilization for charge pre-heating in sponge iron manufacturing process at HKMPL, India

(3) The following proposed new A/R methodologies were sent from the Afforestation/Reforestation Working Group (AR WG) through the DOE to the project participants to invite clarifications to the preliminary recommendations and technical clarifications to the following proposed new A/R methodologies were provided:
