1) Please be informed that the below listed documents are available on the UNFCCC CDM website: a) The report of the fifteenth meeting of the CDM Afforestation and Reforestation Working Group (AR WG) is available in the AR WG page of the UNFCCC CDM website: <http://cdm.unfccc.int/Panels/ar>. b) The report of the eleventh meeting of the Small Scale Working Group (SSC WG) is available in the SSC WG page of the UNFCCC CDM website: < http://cdm.unfccc.int/Panels/ssc_wg>. ********************************************************** 2) Methodologies a) The following proposed new baseline and monitoring methodologies have been re-submitted (B cases) for consideration by the Meth Panel and are available on the UNFCCC CDM website: NM0181-rev: Introduction of a new primary district heating system - Houma District Heating project, Shanxi Province, P.R.C. b) The following proposed new methodologies were sent from the Meth Panel through the DOE to the project participants to invite clarifications to the preliminary recommendations and technical clarifications to the following proposed new methodologies were provided: NM0194-rev: Green House Gas (GHG) emission reduction by ‘Manufacturing of natural surfactant Alpha Olefin Sulphonate (AOS) NM0197-rev: India – Accelerated Chiller Replacement Program NM0202-rev: AzDRES Power Plant Energy Efficiency and Change in fuel mix NM0208: Afam Integrated Gas and Power (AIGP) project NM0209: Reduction in GHGs emission from primary aluminium smelter at Hindalco, Hirakud India NM0211: Boiler replacement project at the Clinical Centre in Skopje, Macedonia NM0216: Improved electrical energy efficiency by open slag bath operations in ferroalloy production (Highveld Vanadium-Iron Smelter Energy Efficiency Project) NM0220: Avoided emissions from biomass wastes through use as feed stock in pulp and paper production, Kunak,Sabah The above submitted documentation is available under the following link: < http://cdm.unfccc.int/goto/MPpropmeth> c) In addition, new requests for revision and new requests for clarification of approved methodologies have been received.
