Clarifications by CDM project participants to preliminary recommendations

In accordance with the procedures for submission and consideration of proposed new methodologies (http://cdm.unfccc.int/Reference/Procedures/Pnm_proced_ver3.pdf) please note that clarifications to preliminary recommendations by the Methodologies Panel have been provided by project participants for the following proposals: NM0001-rev: Vale do Rosario Bagasse Cogeneration (VRBC) project NM0017: Steam system efficiency improvements in refineries in Fushun, China NM0018: Metrogas Package Cogeneration Project NM0020: La Vuelta and La Herradura hydroelectric project NM0021: Cerupt methodology for landfill gas recovery The CDM Methodologies Panel will consider these clarifications at its next meeting with a view to prepare final recommendations for consideration of the Board at its twelfth meeting. Please note that the clarifications to the final recommendations (recommendation to approve) by the CDM Methodologies Panel on proposal NM0016-rev: Graneros Plant Fuel Switching Project is also available on the UNFCCC CDM web site and should be considered by the Board at its eleventh meeting. The clarifications are publicly available on the UNFCCC CDM web site (please refer to the first column of methodologies under round 3 on http://cdm.unfccc.int/methodologies/process).
