Proposed new methodologies submitted/re-submitted for CDM project activities // Call for CDM Meth Panel members

The following proposed new methodologies have been submitted to the CDM Executive Board for its review and are now open for public inputs:

- "NM0050: Ratchasima Small Power Producer (SPP) Expansion Project"
- "NM0051: PCH Passo do Meio"
- "NM0052: Urban Mass Transportation System (TransMilenio), Bogotá DC, Colombia"
- "NM0053: Lihir Geothermal Power Project"
- "NM0054: Sibimbe Hydroelectric Project"
- "NM0055: Darajat Unit III Geothermal Project"
- "NM0056: Vinasse Anaerobic Treatment Project - Compañía Licorera de Nicaragua"

In accordance with the “procedures for submission and consideration of a proposed new methodology” the secretariat shall make the proposed new methodology publicly available on the UNFCCC CDM web site and invite public inputs for a period of 15 working days. Public inputs on a proposed new methodology shall be made using the “Proposed new methodology - public comment form”(F-CDM-NMpu ver3). Comments shall be forwarded to the Meth Panel at the moment of receipt and made available to the public at the end of the 15 working day period.

Please be reminded that the CDM Executive Board, at its thirteenth meeting, agreed to invite experts to submit their application for consideration as members of the Meth Panel.

Applications will be accepted from 7 April 2004 to 7 May 2004 (17.00 GMT).

Experts wishing to apply to this call shall apply through the UNFCCC CDM web site.
